Welcome back, and hello to those that are coming to our blog for the first time.
LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!
Heather and I had a pretty tough week, so we thought we would grab a drink and take some sunset photos. Heather chose Sarasota Bay down By O'Learys. By the way, bet you can't guess whose drink is whose. (Mine is the Mojito..Wink Wink) There is just something so refreshing about a Mojito on a hot summer night.
We scouted out different spots from the dolphin fountain, Marina Jack and as you can see the Grande Riviera condos. We chose Grande Riviera because it was the perfect focal point for the sun to lay down so many wonderful colors on. It is also a great place to shoot because you also grab the John Ringling Bridge, and the beautiful sun reflections off Sarasota Bay.
Here I tried to frame the picture with the Grande Rivieraon the right and this tree that over hangs the walkway. That tree was so nice to have, because I don't know if you have ever tried to photograph the sunset, the sun was so bright that it was making it hard to get a good shot. Then I remembered the tripod. (Duh)
Now I leave you with my favorite shot of the night. Its the Grande Riviera done Wicked Pixels way. Hope you enjoy the moody edit cause I sure do. Have a wonderful day, evening, or night, and hope I brought a smile to your face. Come back again and see us soon and don't forget to tell your friends about us.
Also don't hesitate to leave a comment on what you like or don't and maybe something you would like to see us shoot.
